Best Western Lone Star Inn

I booked a room for my mother so she could attend a family reunion close to the hotel. After I explained that I wouldn't be there and that mo mother would to the desk clerk she told me not to worry, she had it covered. My mom had zero problems checking in and had nothing but compliments about her whole stay. Nice job to all the workers that helped my mom during her stay. (Only hiccup in the whole works was the hotel lost power during a severe storm that hit the area but I can't blame the hotel for that, thats just mother nature at her finest).

The hotel was located on the outskirts of town so there was no walking. The rooms were fairly clean. It needed a dusting before we brought our things in. We were able to bring our little dog but it cost us $30. That’s not too bad but she doesn’t even shed. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We would likely stay here again. The best place to eat was Pinto Bean if you like Tex-Mex!

Very nice room. We had to ask for more coffee pods and towels. It was quiet there.

Was headed to Corpus Christi to deliver a load and my truck started having issues so The nearby diesel mechanic suggested this place. the owners were very pleasant with great customer service and in love with my mini poodle Kash! Rooms were very clean and I would definitely stay here again

I was EXTREMELY impressed with this Best Western Lone Star Inn!!! The place was immaculate!!! Our room was immaculate!!! The staff was extremely efficient and kind. There was absolutely nothing "bad" about my stay at this Best Western. Even making reservations through the "corporate" site, was extremely easy; and the representative was very helpful, permitting me to apply points, finding my rewards membership for me, etc. My stay at the Best Western Lone Star Inn in Edna, Texas, was nothing short of excellent in all areas!!! I will definitely be staying there again inasmuch as we have relatives in the area!!!

We stayed there over the Easter weekend. The room was nice and clean, and also had a mini fridge with was very nice to ha e for water and left over food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter had to go to the bathroom several times during breakfast, the sweet lady at the desk noticed and asked if we would like to use the restroom down the hall. She got her keys and walked us to the restroom and unlocked it for us. The next night I happened to run into the owner of the hotel, he was a very nice and humble man. He asked how our stay had been and if there was anything he could do to make our stay any better. There was nothing I could think that could make this place any better. He told me that he valued all of his employees and thought of them all as family, which i thought was pretty cool of him. If you have to stay in Edna, I highly recommend this best Western. I dont write many reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay was a wonderful experience with immaculately fresh and clean room. The staff was exceptional in taking care of getting a complicated rewards situation in a professional patient manner. When I discovered that I had left my hand brace in the room, the manager offered to mail it to me. I would stay there again and recommend the Inn to my friends. Darlene Crain

The hotel staff our first night wasn't too friendly but she warmed up Saturday morning. We had a wedding party staying at the hotel and they took excellent care of us and tried making sure we were all on the same hallway. We rented the meeting room and they gave us old blankets and towels to use for makeup and so we had a big enough space to get ready. The breakfast was surprisingly good! We met the owner Saturday evening when we came in from the wedding and he is a GEM! Edna is a tiny town but I'll definitely stay here again during our trips through there!
